Cash Rewards?

Cash Rewards is Gen7’s loyalty program. With your Cash Rewards card, you can earn rewards that spend like cash at every Gen7 station. With every purchase of any grade of fuel, you will received 2¢ cash back per litre, and 2% back on select in-store purchases* across all Gen7 stations. Our rewards spend just like cash, so the more you spend the more you earn back in your pocket!

How Do I Join?

It’s easy! Just head to your nearest Gen7 station and ask the attendant for a Cash Rewards card before your purchase and you can start earning on that purchase!

To spend your Cash Rewards, you must register your card here or on the Gen7 app.

All that’s left is to start earning your cash rewards!

How Do I Earn Cash Rewards?

To earn Cash Rewards at Gen7, simply present your Cash Rewards card or swipe your Gen7 card before purchasing at the pump or in-store.

To earn Cash Rewards at Gen7, simply present your Cash Rewards card to an attendant or swipe at the pump.

Paying at the pump: Swipe your Cash Rewards card at the pump prior to selecting your method of payment.

Pre-Authorized: If you’re paying in cash, pre-authorize your transaction and swipe your Cash Rewards card in-store when prompted by the clerk.

When Purchasing Fuel

The more you spend, the more you earn.

In-store promotions vary based on Gen7 location. Exclusions may apply. Please speak with the clerk at your station for details.

  • The short answer is, no. You do not need to have a registered card to earn cash rewards. However, to redeem your earned loyalty you must register your card. Once your Cash Rewards card is registered, you’ll be able to check your balance, view transaction history and redeem earned loyalty.

    Registering your card also ensures we can transfer your earned loyalty to a new card in the event yours gets misplaced.

  • The rewards on your registered Cash Rewards card spend just like cash at Gen7 locations. Simply swipe your card before your pay in-store.

    You can choose the amount of Cash Rewards you’d like to spend at the time of purchase.

  • To check your Cash Rewards balance and history on your registered card, you can sign into your account on our website or on the Gen7 app and check your activity.

    How much you earn on a purchase along with your current balance is shown at the bottom of your Gen7 receipts.

  • That’s okay, we all forget things sometimes! Simply click the “Forgot your Password” link on the login section of the Cash Rewards website or on the app. Then follow the instructions from there.

  • A new Cash Rewards card can be provided upon request to you at any Gen7 location. Once you have your new card in hand, fill out the Support Request Form.

    A Gen7 representative will transfer the balance from the lost Cash Rewards card onto your replacement upon verification. After the Cash Rewards card replacement is complete, the old card will no longer work and can be discarded.

    Remember, only registered cards can have their balance transferred to a replacement card. Rewards on an unregistered card will be lost in the event you lose the original card.

  • Fill out the Support Request Form, and a Gen7 representative will be able to assist you as soon as possible
